ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect a communication within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

You can track your shipment and check the order status using your tracking ID (AWB/Order ID) on this tracking link once it's ready.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Hyderabad. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a communication with real-time tracking information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 36 hours using premium agencies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery.The rate of shipping varies based on your PIN code. We do not ship outside of India at this time, we will start it soon.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We provide free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping yet. However, we will do it soon.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ujwaljewels120@gmail.com with your order number and a video of the item’s condition along with a complete video of unboxing and packing. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
